If you are reading this article, I can guess that you suffer from painful night leg cramps .

I’m sure that you have probably purchased a few different medications that promise to put an end to your leg cramps, and you have probably read countless amounts of information about how to prevent the cramps as well.
The first thing that I noticed while doing my research is that the cause is unknown. There are a few different circumstances that are suspected to lead towards nocturnal leg cramps, but nothing is set in stone. This tells me that there can not possibly be an effective medication out there, if they cant even figure out what causes the cramping in the first place!
Household Soap – The Cure For Night Leg Cramps
Now, before I go any further, I want to let you know my stance on home remedies . Honestly, I am a believer in technology, and usually do not trust those ancient home remedies. I would rather buy something that is scientifically proven than do some voodoo to fix my problems. My problems; however, could not be fixed by the different medications that I took, so I decided to give a few remedies a try.
After soaking in a hot bathtub before going to sleep (did not feel too good on my legs), drinking a lot of water (cause me to wake up for other reasons during the night), and sleeping with a bar of soap (which I thought was crazy), the only remedy that actually worked was sleeping with a bar of soap!
Don’t worry, I don’t think your spouse will get jealous… just slide a bar of soap under your sheets at the foot of your bed, and prepare for a full nights rest! The very first time that I put this bar of soap under my bed, I did not wake up once with night leg cramps!
Whether you believe in home remedies or not, please give this a try. I am sure that you will be very happy with the results, just as a few of my friends have been. You don’t have anything to lose except restless nights!
